These classes for adults will cover topics such as healthy snacking, soups for health, cooking for diabetics, using the air fryer and Instant Pot to create healthy dishes, and more.

Patrons are encouraged to sign up for classes to ensure there is enough food for all to sample.  Call the library at 937-692-8484 or drop in to add your name to one, some, or all of the classes!
