Ken Serey from Tipp City will be here for a fabulous talk, showcasing stories from his book "What's the Story?". He spent decades talking to veterans and gathering stories. The program will feature local heroes, battles, and spies. There is no cost for the event, but seating is limited. Call the library at 937-692-8484 or drop in to add your name to the list.
